chopped、diced、minced 和 shredded 的区别
chopped 是不规则块状；diced 是整齐小方块；minced 是非常细碎；shredded 是细丝或丝状。
这四个词都表示“切/处理成小块”，但形状不同：chopped = 不规则块，diced = 规则小方块，minced = 极细碎末，shredded = 细条、细丝或纤维状。

当食材只是被切成不规则小块，不强调形状统一时，用 chopped。
当你要表达“切丁”“小方块”时，用 diced。

不要把 shredded 理解成普通切片或切块。shredded cheese 是“刨丝奶酪”，不是“切块奶酪”。

常见错误
很多中文学习者会把这四个词都笼统理解成“切碎了”，结果在食谱里用错。比如 shredded cheese 不是“切块奶酪”，而是“刨丝/碎丝奶酪”；diced potatoes 也不是普通切土豆，而是土豆丁。
