consider, think, regard 和 view 的区别
think = 最常见的“想/认为”；consider = 认真考虑某个选项，或“认为某人/物有某种特点”；regard = 较正式地“把……视为”；view = 从某种角度看待、评价某事。
think 是日常“想、认为”；consider 强调经过思考后的判断，常用于决定前的权衡或“认为某人/物如何”；regard 和 view 都接近“看作”，其中 regard 更正式，view 更常用于对问题、决定、政策等的评价。

当你只是想表达“我觉得……”或一般思考时，用 think。
当你要正式地说“把……视为……”时，用 regard，常搭配 as。

consider
consider = 先认真想，再决定；如果后面接动作，常用 -ing；如果表示“认为某人/物如何”，通常直接接宾语，不要乱加 about。
We need to consider all the risks before we sign the contract.

不要说 consider about the offer。正确是 consider the offer。表示“考虑做某事”时常用 consider doing。
把 consider 记成“先考虑，再定”。看到 risks、options、moving、changing 这类词，常常很合适。
think
think = 普通的“想”或“认为”，可以直接表达主观看法：I think...；也可以表示思考某事：think about a problem。
I think we should call her today.
我觉得我们今天应该给她打电话。

在你回答之前，先停下来想一想。
不要把 think 换成 consider 来说“我觉得……”。I consider we should wait 听起来不自然，通常应说 I think we should wait。
只要你是在自然地表达个人意见，优先用 I think。
regard
regard 通常要和 as 连用：regard him as a friend / regard her as an expert。
Many fans regard her as the best player in the league.
许多球迷把她视为联赛里最好的球员。
The proposal was regarded with suspicion by the board.
董事会对这项提案持怀疑态度。
不要漏掉 as。应说 regard him as a friend，不说 regard him a friend。日常简单表达里通常还是 think 更自然。
记住固定结构：regard X as Y。它常出现在较正式、书面化的语境里。
view
view 常表示“把……看作……”：view the delay as a serious problem。
The team views the delay as a serious problem.
团队认为这次延迟是个严重问题。

你如何看待他辞职的决定？
不要用 view 来代替普通的“我觉得”。I view that we should leave 不自然，通常应说 I think we should leave。
如果句子在问“你怎么看……”，view 往往很合适：How do you view this decision?
常见错误
中文里“认为”常被一股脑译成 consider，但普通表达里通常要用 think。另一个常见错误是把 consider 后面加 about：应说 consider the offer，不说 consider about the offer；表达动作时常用 -ing：consider moving。
